2026 PROGRAM ADVISORS

Rupinder Kaur Khosa, RN, MSN is a dedicated nurse leader serving with the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, where she provides compassionate, patient-centered care to veterans. She is actively involved in community outreach through Jeevan Pehar. Khosa is a member of the San Antonio Indian Nurses Association, supporting professional growth and mentorship. Nationally, she serves as Award and Scholarship Committee Chair for the National American Indian Nurses Association, helping recognize excellence and support future nursing leaders.
